As a large fastener exporter, China has been repeatedly hit by anti-dumping in international trade. In particular, since January 30, 2009, the EU has imposed an anti-dumping duty of up to 85% on China's steel fastener products after the final anti-dumping judgment. Since then, China's market share in the European fastener market has dropped sharply from 26% to 0.5%, causing major setbacks to China's fastener enterprises< br> As this case was not handled fairly and fairly, our industry, with the strong support and help of the Ministry of Commerce, China Council for the promotion of international trade and China Chamber of Commerce for machinery and electronics, argued on reasonable grounds and defended in a reasonable and restrained manner. Finally, on January 18, 2016, the WTO published the report of the Appellate Body on the implementation of the final anti-dumping measures dispute case between China and the European Union on some steel fasteners< br> The Appellate Body of the WTO fastener anti-dumping measures dispute case fully supported China's position and proposition, and once again ruled that the anti-dumping measures maintained by the European side against Chinese products to date violated the WTO rules. This forced the EU to announce the cancellation of anti-dumping measures against China on February 27, 2016. So far, it is a long-awaited victory for our fastener industry< br>
